CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are understandable, we offer the ability to cancel before your appointment via the scheduling service or by contacting us via phone, messaging or email. A “late cancellation” is considered any appointment that is requested to be cancelled within a 24 hour period of the scheduled appointment time. To respect both our staff and other clients we hold a policy to charge a $50 late cancellation fee if a request to cancel is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Credit card information is often collected at the time of scheduling for this purpose. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice of the scheduled appointment are not subject to this fee.
No Show Policy
A “no show” is considered an appointment that was scheduled and the individual for whom the appointment is scheduled for does not present for their scheduled time. We offer a 15 minute grace period in the event that traffic or other circumstances delay your arrival. Please reach out to our office if you feel you will be delayed more than this time. Holding the appointment in the event of a longer than 15 minute delay will be considered on a case by case basis however after 15 minutes the office holds the right to consider your appointment a no show. The office holds a $50 no show fee in the event that the scheduled appointment is deemed a no show.
Repeat no shows or late cancellations are considered disruptive to the office schedule and can result in a refusal of the office to book an appointment for you in the future.
